The policy defines 鈥渦nacceptable behaviours鈥� and explains SLC鈥檚 process for how to deal with individuals who display these behaviours. This is in relation to any contact during the course of business with customers, their representatives, other individuals and third parties. Contact covers various forms, including social media, telephone, face to face and written correspondence.
