Details
Schools converting to academy status should ask their solicitor or legal adviser to fill in the land questionnaire that corresponds to their type of school.
Before completing the questionnaire, we suggest that your solicitor or legal adviser reads the land transfer advice document.
You should send the completed questionnaire to your Department for Education project lead.
