On 13 March 2014, ABMA gave us an undertaking which set out the steps it would take to address concerns about its compliance with our 鈥楪eneral Conditions of Recognition鈥�, specifically:

*A1.3(b) - Inactive awarding organisations

In line with general condition B8, ABMA must now take all the steps identified in the undertaking. It will provide us with regular reports which we will use to monitor its progress. We may take further action if it doesn鈥檛 follow through on its commitments.
