The Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) closed on 31 March 2025. All activity has moved to the Department for Education (DfE). You should continue to follow this guidance.

We will publish information on this page that will help you understand your 16 to 19 revenue funding allocations for academic year 2025 to 2026.

  1. We've published our allocation statement guides today to support you with understanding your 16 to 19 allocation statements as we start to upload them to Document exchange. There are 2 guides this academic year. The 16 to 19 revenue funding allocation guide covers further education colleges, school and academy sixth forms (including special academies and special free schools) and special post-16 institutions (SPIs). There is a separate guide for non-maintained special schools.
