This is required in order to ensure that:
- regular local reporting on key performance indicators remains available throughout the transition
- collation of a national picture and local benchmarking may be made available
This document also provides a detailed technical specification for individual items of data and key performance indicators, and describes both interim and longer term plans for local and national reporting.
The 鈥榟ealth visitor and 0 to 5 commissioning transfer鈥� guidance includes:
- mandation factsheets explaining the responsibilities of local authorities after the transfer
- information on how and why the commissioning and associated funding are being transferred
The transfer is due to take place in October 2015.
