Sarah Milum

Biography

Sarah Milum was appointed as Chief Investigations Decision Officer in March 2025. Previously she has been Director of Investigations Compliance and was jointly responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams delivering trade remedies investigation within the Trade Remedies Authority (TRA).

She is a fully qualified accountant who, in 2000, joined the Intervention Board just before the creation of the Rural Payments Agency to head up the Anti-Fraud Unit and then, from 2011, the role of EU Reporting and Compliance Director.

Sarah鈥檚 previous roles include various posts within the Insolvency Service and then that of a Chief Examiner in the Companies Investigation Branch of the former Department for Trade and Industry.
