Harjit was appointed to the Education and Skills Agency鈥檚 Management Board and as chair of its Audit and Risk Committee (ARC) in November 2023. Harjit is also a member of the Department for Education鈥檚 ARC.

Harjit is an experienced senior finance and business leader, with a career including executive and non-executive roles spanning different sectors dedicated to social good; these sectors have included care and support, scientific research, social housing and education. He has a particular interest in driving excellence in governance, risk and assurance to support organisational aims and objectives and improving customer service.
