Biography
David is Executive Director, Finance and Operations, and joined Ofqual in 2022.
His previous roles in the civil service include:
- Director of Accommodation, Defence Infrastructure Organisation聽
- Head of Customer Finance, Defence Infrastructure Organisation
Prior to joining the civil service, David鈥檚 career included roles in investment banking, professional education and social housing. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Executive Director, Finance and Operations, Ofqual
The Executive Director, Finance and Operations is responsible for:
- Ofqual鈥檚 Finance, HR, and Digital, Data and Technology teams聽
- Ofqual鈥檚 Regulatory Compliance and Public Facing Services teams聽
- overall coordination, planning and management of financial and non-financial resources to meet Ofqual鈥檚 regulatory objectives
