Andy joined the Adjudicator鈥檚 Office in July 2016 as an Investigator. Before, Andy worked in various roles for the Department for Work and Pensions and the Child Support Agency.

In July 2018 Andy undertook a temporary role training new entrants to the Adjudicator鈥檚 Office, before becoming an Investigation Manager on a permanent basis in January 2018.

At the beginning of 2023, Andy became the Insight and Stakeholder Engagement Lead for the Adjudicator鈥檚 Office with responsibility for producing learning from complaints, delivering data led and thematic reporting and supporting stakeholders to engage with the work of the Adjudicator鈥檚 Office.

Andy joined the Senior Leadership Team in January 2025 as the Insight and technical Learning Lead.
