Amy Carrillo
Biography
As Chief People Officer, Amy Carrillo is responsible for developing a culture and work environment that helps staff to thrive at the UK Hydrographic Office (UKHO).
Across the organisation, her teams play a key role in leadership development, smarter working, diversity and inclusion and engagement, both internally and across the local community. These teams are also responsible for the creation of the UKHO鈥檚 award-winning apprenticeship scheme, which has been instrumental in helping the organisation to harness new talent and support the development of staff.
Before joining the UKHO, Amy held Human Resources roles at Gap Inc鈥檚 European Head Office and D&D London. She also holds an MA in Human Resources Management from the University of Westminster鈥檚 Business School.
