The main decision-making, executive and managerial bodies for Building Digital UK.

Building Digital UK (BDUK) has a BDUK Board and Audit and Risk Assurance Committee chaired by non-executive directors. Additional boards chaired by members of the executive team and SLT also provide assurance on BDUK鈥檚 programmes and corporate issues.

BDUK Board

The BDUK Board is the most senior body in BDUK. Its role is to advise the Chief Executive on the strategic direction and management of BDUK in order to give BDUK the best chance of success.

Audit and Risk Assurance Committee

The purpose of the Audit and Risk Assurance Committee is to support the BDUK Board and the BDUK Accounting Officer in their responsibilities for risk management, control and governance.
