Staff from the British Embassy Zagreb and friends of the UK joined together in celebrating St. Andrew鈥檚 Day, organized by the United Kingdom Friendship Society. Over 100 people had fun tasting traditional Scottish specialities, dancing and listening to bagpipes. Some were even brave enough to attempt playing them. Ambassador David Slinn was presented with honorary membership of the UK Friendship Society 鈥� No. 007. St. Andrew鈥檚 Day, Scotland鈥檚 National Day, is celebrated around the world on 30 November.
