Review of British Antarctic Territory legislation: Sale of Alcohol
New Licensing (Sale of Alcohol) Ordinance and Regulations.
The British Antarctic Territory (BAT) is continuing a review of its legislation to update and modernise it. Following consultation, a new Ordinance licensing the sale of alcohol and Regulations setting out the application process have been agreed and come into effect from 3 September 2018.
