Company to Pay $40 Million and Implement Remedial Measures on All Carnival Companies Visiting U.S. Ports
The Maritime & Coastguard Agency has been working with the US Coast Guard and the United States Attorney鈥檚 Office to investigate a serious incident of deliberate pollution of the seas by a major cruise-line.
