Prime Minister David Cameron has used a speech at the to聽set out how he believes聽Britain can be made more competitive聽in the 鈥榞lobal race鈥�.聽

The Prime Minister said success will come from聽taking tough decisions on the deficit, reforming our education system, and taking steps towards leaner, faster government.

In the speech聽Mr Cameron聽announced plans to reform the Judicial Review process 鈥� explaining that cases聽can be聽costly and can聽clog up the courts and delay justice. Meanwhile the聽risk of a Judicial Review can hold up major infrastructure projects. The reforms aim to聽reduce the time limit when people can bring cases, charge more for successive reviews 鈥� to prevent聽intentional聽time-wasting 鈥� and halve the number of appeals.
