Paul Brummell presented his credentials to Romanian President Traian Basescu on Tuesday, 02 September. He joined the Foreign & Commonwealth Office in 1987. His most recent appointment was High Commissioner to Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean and his diplomatic career has covered a wide range of roles, many of them in Central Asia.
