Fenland/Fishers' cleanroom laundry business merger inquiry cancelled
The CMA formally cancelled its inquiry into Fenland鈥檚 anticipated acquisition of Fishers鈥� cleanroom laundry business.
The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) received assurance from Fenland that the anticipated acquisition has been abandoned.
On 4 January 2016, the CMA referred Fenland Laundries Limited鈥檚 (Fenland) anticipated acquisition of Fishers Services Limited鈥檚 (Fishers) cleanroom laundry business for an in-depth phase 2 investigation.
