Dynamic cyber situational awareness tool
Case study from RJD Technology Ltd who pitched their ideas to industry and investors at the CDE Marketplace on 6 September 2016.

is being funded by the Centre for Defence Enterprise (CDE) to look at ways to automate cyber security.
It鈥檚 developed CyberTOOTH庐, an autonomous platform protection with a learning environment.
This is built on the existing Defence Science and Technology Laboratory (Dstl) and RJD investment in the Cyber Mission Impact Assessment (颁惭滨础庐) situational awareness tool.
RJD is looking to prove the concept of a dynamic version, capable of real-time monitoring of enterprises with respect to their mission objectives and protective reactions to cyber events. It鈥檚 demonstrated the principle that the addition of adaptive learning algorithms (also know as machine learning) to the core 颁惭滨础庐 capability provides an intelligent automated course of action to incoming cyber-attacks. It鈥檒l now look to develop a full prototype
This development would be a first of type, mission focussed and reactive tool, able to be rolled out across a multitude of Dstl and military cyber models, thus adding a live element to the established Cyber Vulnerability Investigation (CVI) process
This could reduce the operator load of manual cyber security interventions and increase the tempo of cyber responses.
Founded in 2001, RJD Technology Ltd is an independent consultancy company delivering high integrity cyber solutions to Government. Based near Petersfield, RJD employs around 45 people.
