Chevening scholar heads to London
Chevening scholar Tursun Aitbaeva says she鈥檚 thrilled to have the opportunity to study for a master鈥檚 degree in the UK.

From September Tursun Aitbaeva will be studying at London鈥檚 City University for an MSc in Energy, Trade and Finance. Tursun who has several years鈥� experience in the mining sector said:
British universities are among the best in the world. I鈥檓 looking forward to sharing my experience of mining in Kyrgyzstan with the other students 鈥� and to learning from them.
Throughout her scholarship, Tursun will share her observations on studying in the UK at the Embassy鈥檚 .
Applications for 2015/16 Chevening scholarships are open until 15 November. On 18-19 September, Chevening expert Harish Lokhun will visit Bishkek to brief potential students on scholarships and the application process. For those not able to attend the Bishkek briefings, Harish will lead a live webchat when you鈥檒l have the opportunity to put your questions directly to him.
