Change of Her Majesty鈥檚 Ambassador to the Republic of Guinea
Mr Tim Brownbill has been appointed Her Majesty's Ambassador to the Republic of Guinea.

Mr Brownbill will no longer be taking up this position, and an announcement about the next Ambassador to Guinea will be made in due course.
He will succeed Mr Graham Styles, who will be transferring to another Diplomatic Service appointment. Mr Brownbill will take up his appointment during April 2014.
Mr Brownbill joined the FCO in 1979 and has previously served as Consul-General in Ho Chi Minh City and Her Majesty鈥檚 Ambassador in Managua. He is currently working in the Estates and Security Directorate in the FCO in London.
On his appointment as Her Majesty鈥檚 Ambassador to the Republic of Guinea, Mr Brownbill has said:
I鈥檓 very much looking forward to returning to West Africa and the privilege of being Ambassador to Guinea. It鈥檚 an exciting time for Guinea and I look forward to being able to contribute to achieving our shared political and commercial objectives, particularly by encouraging further British investment in Guinea.
