Mr Keith Shannon

Mr Keith Shannon has been appointed Her Majesty鈥檚 Ambassador to the Republic of Latvia in succession to Ms Sarah Cowley, who will be transferring to another Diplomatic Service appointment. Mr Shannon will take up his appointment in June 2017.
