Change of Her Majesty鈥檚 Ambassador to Algeria: Barry Lowen
Mr Barry Lowen has been appointed Her Majesty鈥檚 Ambassador to the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria.
Mr Barry Lowen has been appointed Her Majesty鈥檚 Ambassador to the People鈥檚 Democratic Republic of Algeria in succession to Mr Andrew Noble who will be transferring to another Diplomatic Service appointment. Mr Lowen will take up his appointment in November 2017.
