Ms Lucy Joyce OBE has been appointed British High Commissioner to the Kingdom of Tonga.
Ms Lucy Joyce OBE has been appointed British High Commissioner to the Kingdom of Tonga, as we reopen our resident High Commission in Nuku驶alofa. Ms Joyce will take up her appointment later this year.
