, Chairman of the Better Regulation Executive, will be in Lisbon on 25 March.
Better Regulation is a key policy for the UK Government. We have put in place a number of measures to fight bureaucracy and lower admin burdens on businesses, including the 鈥極ne In, Two Out鈥� measure and the 鈥楻ed Tape Challenge鈥� (further information here). We are also trying to complement this with action at EU level to bring down the burden on European businesses.
In Lisbon, Lord Curry will meet several members of the Portuguese Government to share the UK experience on Better Regulation and discuss how we can work more closely together with Portugal, at national and European levels. He will also meet a wide range of businessmen and talk at a public event to take place in Catolica. Find out how to register for this event below:
