Businesses across Wales are continuing to see strong growth with companies hiring more staff to take advantage of new opportunities, according to the latest Lloyds Bank Wales PMI report.

Welcoming today鈥檚 report, Welsh Secretary Stephen Crabb said:

鈥淭oday鈥檚 figures are good news for Wales and show that our companies are creating jobs, winning more contracts and growing the Welsh economy.

鈥淥ur long term plan is creating the right conditions for growth but I know there is more to do before the recovery is felt in all parts of Wales and across all sectors of the economy.

鈥淚t is more important than ever that we stick to the plan and build a stronger, more competitive economy that secures a better future for hardworking people in Wales.鈥�
