Consultation description

Changes described by the 鈥楳anila amendments鈥� need to be made to UK law to ensure that UK trained seafarers receive the proper level of training needed to remain compliant with the international 鈥榮tandards of training, certification and watchkeeping鈥� (STCW) convention, so they can continue to work in international waters after 1 January 2017
