This study sets out the scope of the 鈥楽haw report鈥� on Network Rail. It contains discussion questions for everyone involved in the railway, including:

  • suppliers
  • employees
  • passengers

Background to the 鈥楽haw report鈥�

The government has asked Nicola Shaw, Chief Executive of High Speed 1, to advise on the longer term future shape and financing of Network Rail. This was announced in the Summer Budget 2015.
