The 鈥楪overnment response to the consultation on the use of section 19 and section 22 permits for road passenger transport in Great Britain鈥� has now been published. The report provides background to EU Regulation 1071/2009 and a high level summary of stakeholder views, alongside the government鈥檚 response to this consultation.

New guidance for organisations on section 19 and 22 permits and operators鈥� obligations under EU legislation has also been published.
