Consultation description

This consultation is aimed at authors and other interested parties for the 2016 Public Lending Right (PLR) payments. This covers loans from public libraries for the PLR scheme year 2014 to 2015. Each year, the rate per loan is recommended to the Secretary of State by the British Library Board, who are responsible for administering the scheme.
