Consultation description

Transport for Greater Manchester (previously Greater Manchester Passenger Transport Executive or GMPTE) proposed discontinuing passenger services at Mosley St station on the Metrolink light rail system in central Manchester. Under the provisions of the Railways Act 2005, GMPTE conducted an assessment of the effects of the proposed closure and DfT conducted a public consultation earlier this year.
