Consultation description

This consultation seeks views on amending聽聽in relation to:

  • a 20% increase on current fees payable by children鈥檚 social care providers (excluding supported accommodation), for those providers which are not already at full cost recovery
  • an amendment to minimum inspection frequencies for children鈥檚 homes where聽there are no children accommodated in the home

It also seeks views on:

  • amending the in relation to the disclosure of names and addresses for secure 16 to 19 academies and secure children鈥檚 homes (SCHs)
  • future consultations in relation to fees payable to Ofsted by children鈥檚 social care providers
