Consultation description
We invite your views on arrangements for:
- producing a report following a joint review
- a written response from agencies, subject to review.
The reviews will be conducted jointly by:
- Ofsted
- HMIC
- HMIP
- the Care Quality Commission
The Children Act 2004 (Joint Area Reviews) Regulations 2005 set out how agencies work to protect children and young people.
