Over 拢12 million allocation for new leisure centre in Halifax
Over 拢12 million was allocated to Calderdale from the Levelling Up Fund to develop a new leisure centre in Halifax.
The planned project aims to:
- provide Calderdale residents with new leisure facilities
- replace two aging facilities within one existing site
- support the council鈥檚 ambitions to cut carbon emissions
The new facilities will increase the health and wellbeing provisions for local people.
