Muni Arts Centre allocated 拢5.3 million Levelling Up funding
The Muni Arts Centre in Pontypridd was allocated 拢5.3 million from the Levelling Up Fund.
Upgrading Muni Arts Centre
The funding will help secure the future of the Grade II listed building. Plans also include creating a venue that offers:
- flexible community facilities
- an event cinema
- a new social space
- bar facilities
- a theatre
- music
Once refurbished, the Muni will be:
- fully accessible with a toilet
- energy efficient
The funding will support Pontypridd鈥檚 leisure and night-time economy by investing in the town鈥檚 arts and culture.
