Belmont trains boosted with 拢14.1 million (Levelling Up Fund 2)
A 拢14.1 million allocation from the Levelling Up Fund is set to double the number of trains running to Belmont.
With this funding, Belmont will benefit from:听听
- more trains running between Belmont and London Victoria, from 2 to 4 trains per hour聽
- new step-free access at Belmont station听听
- improved signage听听
- walking and cycling routes to the London Cancer Hub聽
This investment will help unlock the full potential of the London Cancer Hub currently being developed in Belmont. This hub is set to create 13,000 jobs and 拢1.2 billion each year for the UK economy, as a world-leading life sciences campus.聽
