There are different ways to request a design document depending on whether you need:

• a certified copy

• an uncertified copy聽

• a replacement certificate

You can find out which copy or certificate you need if you鈥檙e not sure.

Request a certified copy

Use form DF23 to request a certified copy of a design registration or application. Download and send it by post or email to the address on the form.

You should use one form for each certified copy you鈥檙e requesting.

Certified copies cost 拢30 each.

A certified copy does not include a replacement certificate.

Request an uncertified copy

of a design registration or application online.

There鈥檚 no fee for uncertified copies.

An uncertified copy does not include a replacement certificate.

If you cannot use the online form, contact the Intellectual Property Office (IPO).

Call the IPO to ask for a replacement design registration certificate.
