Apply for this licence
Register with the Health and Social Care Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority (RQIA) if you run an adult placement service in Northern Ireland.
If you operate or manage more than one service, you must make a separate application for each.
Conditions
As part of your registration with RQIA, you must complete an AccessNI enhanced disclosure form. AccessNI supply criminal history information on people who want to work with vulnerable adults.

There is a separate fee of 拢30 for for completing the enhanced disclosure.
