Abstract

This report explores a range of websites and apps that people in the UK use to watch and share videos online. Although we refer to the services broadly under the term 鈥榲ideo sharing platforms鈥� (VSPs) and other related terms, this report does not seek to identify which services will fall into Ofcom鈥檚 regulatory remit, nor to pre-determine whether any particular service we refer to would be classed as a VSP under the regulatory definition.
