The Social Security Coordination (Council Regulation (EEC) No 574/72) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018

This instrument amends the retained EU Regulations which provide for EU Social Security Coordination (the 鈥楥oordination Regulations鈥�). The amendments remedy deficiencies arising as a result of the United Kingdom鈥檚 withdrawal from the European Union (鈥楨U鈥�), ensuring that retained EU law is operable in the event there is no withdrawal agreement, and no future relationship agreement.
