The Social Security Coordination (Council Regulation (EEC) No 1408/71 and Council Regulation (EC) No 859/2003) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 (Withdrawn)

This instrument amends the retained EU Regulations which provide for EU Social Security Coordination (the 鈥楥oordination Regulations鈥�). The amendments remedy deficiencies arising as a result of the United Kingdom鈥檚 withdrawal from the European Union (鈥楨U鈥�), ensuring that retained EU law is operable in the event there is no withdrawal agreement, and no future relationship agreement.
