The Merchant Shipping and Fishing Vessels (Health and Safety at Work) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018
These Regulations make amendments to secondary legislation which relates to maritime health and safety in order to ensure that the existing regulatory framework continues to operate effectively following the United Kingdom鈥檚 withdrawal from the European Union. These Regulations also correct outdated references in the secondary legislation.
