The Guarantees of Origin of Electricity Produced from High-efficiency Cogeneration and Renewables Obligation (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020

This instrument amends the references to 'exit day' in the Guarantees of Origin of Electricity Produced from High-Efficiency Cogeneration (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 (鈥渢he 2018 Guarantees of Origin SI鈥�) and the Renewables Obligation (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (鈥渢he 2019 Renewables Obligation SI鈥�), to ensure that the drafting intent of these regulations is preserved, following the United Kingdom鈥檚 withdrawal from the EU.
