The Friendly Societies (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018

This instrument amends the Friendly Societies Act 1992 (c.40) and the Friendly Societies (Accounts and Related Provisions) Regulations 1994 (S.I. 1994/1983) in order to address failures of retained EU law to operate effectively and other deficiencies arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union.
