The Freedom of Information Act 2000 (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018

These Regulations amend section 44(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (鈥渢he FOI Act鈥�) by replacing the words 鈥淓U obligation鈥� with 鈥渞etained EU obligation鈥�.
