The Food (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019
This SI will make a number of technical amendments to ensure the operability of certain pieces of domestic food legislation in Northern Ireland following the UK鈥檚 exit from the EU. The amendments are mostly minor technical fixes but for the eventuality of the UK leaving the EU without a deal, it also addresses a specific policy aspect on natural mineral water recognitions.
