The Exotic Disease (Amendment) (England) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018
This instrument is being made to amend ten England-only exotic disease statutory instruments using powers in the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 in order to address deficiencies in those ten instruments arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union, ensuring the legislation continues to operate effectively at the point at which the UK leaves the EU.
