The European Parliamentary Elections (Amendment and Revocation) (United Kingdom and Gibraltar) (EU Exit) Regulations 2022

The Regulations are being made to remove references in legislation, and to repeal retained EU legislation, related to European Parliamentary elections which are now redundant as a result of the UK鈥檚 withdrawal from the EU.
