The EU Agencies (Revocations) Regulations 2022
This instrument revokes direct EU legislative provisions relating to the following EU agencies: the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training (Cedefop); and the European Training Foundation (ETF). It is necessary to revoke the legislative provisions because they have no practical application as a result of the withdrawal of the UK from the EU to ensure the UK鈥檚 statute book remains coherent and tidy.
