The Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018

This instrument amends the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 (the 鈥淓PR 2016鈥�) to ensure that, on the United Kingdom鈥檚 (鈥淯K鈥�) exit from the European Union (鈥淓U鈥�), they remain fully operable.
