The Drivers' Hours and Tachographs (Amendment) Regulations 2021

These Regulations are made in order to address deficiencies in retained EU law in the field of Drivers鈥� Hours and Tachographs arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union. These deficiencies have been introduced by Regulation (EU) 2020/1054.
